Willow Bend Lake is a pet friendly community. There is no weight limit but Willow Bend does have a breed restriction. 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Fees per pet are as follows: Pets 1 to 26 lbs,$ 250.00 non-refunable pet fee and $ 20.00 monthly pet rent. Pets 26lbs & over $350 non-refunable pet fee & $25 monthly pet rent.
